Still thinking about how every single person at the Alberta Indie Film Throw Down showed up with passion, purpose, and presence.

There’s something electric about being in a room full of creatives who genuinely want to uplift each other. Whether it was chatting over a beer from @eightyeightbrewco, swapping stories during the location bus tour, or watching the screen light up with short films that hit every emotion — the energy was unmatched.

Big ups to @soonias Industries Inc., Prickly Rose Entertainment with @jocechugg, and Passing Time with Craig – @ptwcraig for creating not just an event, but a moment for Alberta’s film community. It felt like something bigger than just one night.

To all the filmmakers: your work was raw, real, and unforgettable. To everyone who helped behind the scenes: thank you for setting the stage for magic to happen.

It always makes my heart so full to see so many talented, compassionate and creative individuals under one roof.
